Deslauriers Heavy Duty Steel Column forms develop an exceptionally smooth, hard surface remarkably free of voids and with a minimum number of indistinct seams. The forms are galvanized constant radius steel half round sections and quarter round sections (for forms over 48" in diameter) bolted into units for crane handling on the jobsite.
Vertical and horizontal seams, opened and closed with each pour, are connected with high speed bolts to speed setting and stripping.
In addition to the standard column diameters shown, custom diameters and lengths are also available.
Lateral pressure should not exceed 3000 PSF on forms through 36" diameter or 2000 PSF on forms over 36" diameter.
Built-in 1-1/2" lifting holes on most 4ft and 8ft forms. Lifting design of 4000 pound per hole or 8000 pounds assembled. Deslauriers recommends using lifting spreader bar for lifting all column forms.

These column forms are made from galvanized constant radius steel half round sections and quarter round sections (for forms larger than 48" in diameter). The sections are bolted together to form units that can be easily handled on the jobsite using a crane.
The vertical and horizontal seams of the column forms can be easily opened and closed with the help of high-speed bolts. This feature allows for quick and efficient setting and stripping of the forms during the pouring process.
The Heavy Duty Steel Column Form is available in standard diameters, but custom diameters and lengths can also be provided to meet specific project requirements.
These forms can withstand lateral pressure up to 3000 PSF for diameters up to 36". For forms larger than 36" in diameter, the lateral pressure should not exceed 2000 PSF.
Most 4ft and 8ft forms come with built-in 1-1/2" lifting holes, allowing for easy lifting and handling. Each lifting hole is designed to bear a load of 4000 pounds, or 8000 pounds when assembled. Deslauriers recommends using a lifting spreader bar for lifting all column forms.
