The Hanna Instruments HI98190 Professional Waterproof Portable pH/ORP Meter is an essential tool for environmental and industrial testing. This professional, handheld meter accurately measures pH, ORP, and temperature with built-in diagnostic features for the most precise measurements and logging. The CAL Check™ electrode diagnostics system alerts you to potential calibration problems so that you can trust your results every time.
Equipped with up to five-point calibration and seven standard buffers available (pH 1.68, 4.01, 6.86, 7.01, 9.18, 10.01, 12.45), this pH/ORP meter has a pH range of -2.0 to 20.0 pH / -2.00 to 20.00 pH / -2.000 to 20.000 pH. The pH resolution is 0.1 pH / 0.01 pH / 0.001 pH, and the accuracy is ±0.1 pH / ±0.01 pH / ±0.002 pH (@25°C/77°F).
The mV range is ±2000.0 mV with a resolution of 0.1 mV and an accuracy of ±0.2 mV. The temperature range is -20.0 to 120.0 °C (-4.0 to 248.0 °F) with a resolution of 0.1 °C (0.1 °F) and an accuracy of ±0.4 °C (±0.8 °F) (excluding probe error). The temperature compensation can be manual or automatic from -20.0 to 120.0°C (-4.0 to 248.0°F).
Designed for field testing, this portable pH/ORP meter comes with a compact and durable carrying case. It has a log feature that can store up to 200 samples (100 pH and 100 mV) on demand. You can connect it to a PC through opto-isolated USB with optional HI 92000 software and micro USB cable. This pH/ORP meter also has GLP features and is powered by 1.5V AA batteries (4 pcs.) with approximately 200 hours of continuous use without backlight (50 hours with backlight).
