The Hanna Instruments HI4015 Silver/Sulfide Half-Cell Ion Selective Electrode (ISE) is a top-of-the-line, solid-state device for the determination of silver or sulfide in solution. Designed with durability and accuracy in mind, the HI4015 offers a range of features that make it ideal for use in a variety of applications, including water conditioning, environmental monitoring, and industrial processes.

This half-cell ion selective electrode uses a silver/silver sulfide sensing pellet to produce a potential change due to the ion exchange between the inorganic pellet membrane and the sample. It boasts a measurement range of 1.0M to 1.0x10-6M 107900 to 0.11ppm (Ag+) and 1.0M to 1.0x10-7M 32100 to 0.003 ppm (S2-). The optimum pH range is 2 to 8 (Ag+) and 12 to 14 (S2-), with a temperature range of 0 to 80°C. The body is made from durable epoxy and the electrode comes with a 1 meter coaxial cable.

The HI4015 electrode measures 12 mm in diameter and is 120 mm in length. It is used as an indicator for titrations using silver nitrate, as well as for the determination of sulfide ions in waters, paper liquors, natural waters, and soils. The electrode connection is a BNC, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of devices.

In addition to its impressive range of features and capabilities, the Hanna Instruments HI4015 comes with a 6-month warranty, adding peace of mind to its owners. If you need a reliable and accurate half-cell ion selective electrode for your business or research, the HI4015 is an excellent choice.
