Applications:

Compression Tests: The S-Type Load Cell can be mounted between the load frame and test apparatus or penetration piston, making it ideal for tests such as unconfined compression, California Bearing Ratio (CBR), and Load Bearing Ratio (LBR). Its robust design ensures consistent and accurate force measurement throughout the testing process.

Direct Shear Tests: When mounted between the shear box and the loading frame's fixed point, the load cell can simultaneously measure both tension and compression forces, providing comprehensive data for direct shear testing.

Other Tests: The load cell is also suitable for a variety of other tests, including triaxial shear, Marshall stability, indirect tensile, Lottman, Semi-Circular Bending (SCB), and any similar tests that require uniform and stable contact between the load cell and fixtures.
