4.0in (101.6mm) Filter Paper by Ahlstrom (Grade 55) is comparable to Whatman Grade 54 and is recommended in various ASTM and AASHTO soil testing methods. This high-purity filter paper is resistant to strong acids and alkalis, offers increased wet strength, and features a smooth, fiber-free surface. With a 15µm retention rate and a filtration speed of 220ml/min, it is ideal for demanding applications. Pre-cut circular filters come in packs of 100.
