By extracting scene details from the built-in visual camera and embossing them onto the full thermal image, MSX technology allows you to quickly find hidden defects and problems. The 128 x 96 pixel thermal sensor provides high resolution thermal imaging, to diagnose more accurately. With a spectral range of 8 to 14 µm the FLIR C3-X can detect temperature differences as small as 70 mK, for precise temperature measurements. This thermal imaging technology is for professionals who need to find issues fast and efficient.

Camera

Designed to be durable and reliable the FLIR C3-X compact thermal camera has an IP54 rated encapsulation camera housing for water and dust protection. This rugged design can withstand 2-meter drop, perfect for demanding job sites. The compact size of the FLIR C3-X can fit in your pocket or tool bag, so it’s always with you when you need it. The built-in tripod mounting system makes it easy to set up and use, for stable inspections. Made from polycarbonate (PC) material the camera is built to last. The 3.5-inch integrated touchscreen display with capacitive touch makes it easy to navigate the camera’s features, for a better user experience.

Compact Thermal Cameras are pocket-sized devices combining a full-featured thermal camera, 5-megapixel visual inspection camera and LED flashlight. Cameras are an affordable inspection tool for construction and maintenance applications. We offer two versions the entry-level C3-X and the enhanced C5.

Thermal, MSX and visual images are available on all your devices for instant email transfer or professional report generation. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity allows you to share directly upload images to the cloud using the FLIR Ignite app or upload to a PC via the USB-C connector. Internal memory stores up to 5,000 JPEG images with 256MB capacity, to store images for organized documentation. The storage media internal memory allows you to save and manage a large number of thermal images easily.

The 3.5in (89mm) LCD touchscreen display has auto-orientation and wide field of view. The rechargeable battery lasts up to 4 hours of continuous use and has auto power-off. Lanyard and USB-C cable for charging and data transfer between PC, iOS and Android devices are included. FLIR Protect customers get fast loaner cameras, so you have minimal downtime during repairs or calibration services. Cameras are IP54 rated for water and dust protection and designed for rugged and reliable use, can withstand 2m drop.

C3-X has a temperature range of -4°–572°F (-20°–300°C) and accuracy of ±3°C from 0° to 100°C and ±3% from 100° to 300°C. Display resolution of 640x480 pixels. Infrared sensor resolution is 128x96 (12,288 pixels).

C5 has enhanced image resolution, video streaming, zoom and one-touch level adjustment. C5 has higher temperature range of -4 to 752°F (-20 to 400°C) and accuracy of ±3°C from 0° to 100°C and ±3% from 100° to 400°C. Infrared sensor resolution is 160x120 (19,200 pixels).Both have a thermal Sensitivity of < 0.07° and a field of view is 54°x42°.
