This advanced device requires minimal on-site supervision, utilizing cutting-edge LTE-M and 2G GSM cellular technology for reliable communication, geolocation, and continuous monitoring. It transmits live data directly to a subscription-free app, ensuring you always have the most up-to-date readings. If cellular service is unavailable, the recorder seamlessly switches to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi for uninterrupted connectivity.

With a substantial built-in memory capable of storing 64,000 readings, the CONTEMP Recorder offers flexibility with user-defined recording intervals from 1 to 30 minutes. This data is crucial for calculating the concrete's maturity index. By applying pre-uploaded calibration curves specific to each concrete mix, the system accurately links the in-place concrete to its real-time compressive strength. The recorder syncs this information with the app at intervals you control—from every 10 minutes to once a week. Customizable alarms can be set to notify you and other project stakeholders of critical milestones or if any system components require attention. To optimize performance, you can adjust both syncing and recording intervals at any point to meet changing project demands or conserve battery life.

Once the data is synced to the app, it generates real-time graphs illustrating both maturity and strength development. This allows for easy comparison of data from multiple probes, providing a comprehensive understanding of conditions across entire pours and projects. The unit features an internal ambient temperature sensor and two ports for external temperature probes, which have an impressive measurement range of -67°F to 257°F (-55°C to 125°C), an accuracy of ±0.9°F (±0.5°C), and a fine reporting resolution of 0.1°.

The CONTEMP Recorder is designed for long-term use. At the conclusion of a project, the recorder is simply disconnected from the probes, making it immediately available for the next pour.
