The thermometer includes a robust remote bullet probe attached to a 10-foot (120-inch) weatherproof cable. This durable sensor delivers accurate readings from -58 to 158°F (-50 to 70°C), performing reliably even when submerged in water. The internal ambient sensor monitors temperatures from 23 to 122°F (-5 to 50°C).

Stay ahead of temperature fluctuations with programmable high and low alarms for both the ambient and remote sensors. A MIN/MAX memory function recalls the highest and lowest temperatures recorded, providing a complete picture of environmental conditions over time.
