A large, high-contrast LCD makes readings visible from a distance. The convenient HOLD function allows you to freeze the display to capture a reading, while the MIN/MAX memory recalls the highest and lowest temperatures recorded over a period.

Versatile Stainless Steel Probe The included fast-response probe is constructed from durable, waterproof 316 stainless steel. Its 7-inch stem is ideal for immersing in various substances. The probe and its flexible 6-foot PTFE cable are built to withstand a wide temperature spectrum, from –100 to 200°C (–148 to 392°F), making it suitable for a vast range of applications. For those who prefer a different style, a Bullet Probe is also available (Model TM-6423).
