The 2in Fixed Ring Consolidometer is designed for laboratory soil consolidation testing and is compatible with Karol-Warner and other manufacturers' Consolidation Load Frames. Featuring a stainless steel base and an attached acrylic inundation ring, this consolidometer loads specimens from the top while the sample ring base remains stationary.

Included is a 0.75in (19mm) high stainless steel cutting sample ring with built-in cutting edges for precise sample preparation. The clamping rings are equipped with lifting knobs for quick and easy removal after testing. Additional components include a loading pad, acrylic inundation ring, top and bottom porous stones, and a load-bearing ball. All components are also available for individual purchase. The consolidometer is designed to work with most other manufacturers' units.
