4in Fixed Ring Consolidometer

4in (101.6mm) Fixed Ring Consolidometer is designed for laboratory soil consolidation testing and works seamlessly with Karol-Warner or other manufacturers’ Consolidation Load Frames. This consolidometer features a stainless steel base with a fixed acrylic inundation ring for efficient testing and observation. The specimen is loaded from the top, while the base remains stationary.

The unit includes a 1in (25.4mm) high stainless steel cutting sample ring with built-in cutting edges for precise sample preparation. Clamping rings with lifting knobs allow easy removal after testing. Additional components include a loading pad, attached acrylic inundation ring, top and bottom porous stones, and a load-bearing ball. Individual components are also available for purchase. Compatible with most Consolidation Load Frames from other manufacturers.
