Made from a durable cast aluminum base plate with solid construction, this unit is field ready. The base clamps swivel over foot lugs as one of the key features to secure the Slump Cone during filling, so it won’t move around and is easy to use. The heavy gauge spun steel construction of the cone is extra durable for construction and soil testing applications. After filling the slump cone, the base can be released without disturbing the sample.

After lifting the Slump Cone, the handle rotates and the handle rotates over the sample. The handle rotates to be a measuring reference, so you can measure the concrete slump accurately.

The base plate is portable and the kit includes everything you need for a complete slump cone kit, including the stainless steel tamping rod. The base plate and kit are designed for field testing of fresh concrete, saving you time and is reliable. The secure slump cone and base plate gives you an accurate measure of the slump.

• Graduated Tamping Rod, 24 x 5/8in is a round, straight steel rod used with concrete cylinder molds, slump cones and unit weight tests.

The unique feature of this plate is the rotating base clamps that secure the Slump Cone during filling. This ensures the sample is not disturbed during filling and gives accurate results. Once the Slump Cone is filled, the base can be released without disturbing the sample, so it’s easy and fast.

After lifting the Slump Cone, the handle on the base plate swings over the sample vertically, making measurement easy and precise. This ergonomic design simplifies the measurement process and gives you precise readings.
