One inch of high density mineral wool insulation in the work space. Corrosion resistant aluminized steel interior panels. This construction is similar to many analog ovens which are known for their reliability and safety features.
Digital control system. Full PID microprocessor with easy temperature setting and stability. ± 0.5°C (1°F) accuracy even in varying ambient temperature or power supply conditions. Confirms stability or indicates control malfunction or power loss during the process period. Large LED’s display set temperature and process temperature. Setting lock mode to prevent accidental or intentional temperature changes. Temperature range from min to max for various laboratory applications.
Low watt density, incoloy sheathed heating elements. Compact design for quick run-up and recovery times. Perforated heat shield to improve temperature uniformity. Absorbs radiant heat and distributes it more evenly in the product chamber.
