How It Works:
Once the specimen loading begins and reaches less than 10% of the total load, the PVD is placed manually on the bottom machine platen and positioned against the cylinder. Using the included Gap Measurement Tool, you can check the alignment gap between the device and the concrete cylinder. If the tool does not pass through the gap, the alignment meets the required standard, and testing can proceed confidently.
