The Marshall Water Bath is a high-performance, precision-engineered water bath designed specifically for asphalt Marshall Stability specimens. With a generous 8.3 gal (31.4L) capacity, it can accommodate up to five 6in (152mm) or twelve 4in (102mm) diameter specimens, making it ideal for a wide range of testing applications.

Precision Temperature Control The Marshall Water Bath features advanced electronic temperature controls with a digital display that operates in either °F or °C. Utilizing Type K thermocouples, it maintains precise temperature control and monitoring to within ±1% of the set point, ensuring accurate and consistent test results every time. The maximum operating temperature is 212°F (100°C).

Even Heat Distribution A built-in variable speed magnetic stirrer ensures even heat distribution and uniformity throughout the tank, eliminating hot spots and ensuring that all specimens are exposed to the same temperature conditions.

Durable Construction Built to last, the Marshall Water Bath features a sturdy all-stainless steel construction with a 14-gauge tank and cover and a 20-gauge case. The water bath is fully insulated to maintain temperature stability and minimize heat loss. A perforated 14-gauge bottom support shelf permits 2in (51mm) of water above and below specimens, ensuring thorough and even heating.

Convenient Features The gas strut-assisted cover and drip shield make it easy to access specimens without the risk of burns or spills. An external drain valve simplifies the process of emptying the bath, saving time and effort.
