The polyethylene cone with stainless steel orifice is affordable, easy to use and clean. The Polyethylene Grout Flow Cone is for field measurements of flowability of fluid hydraulic grouts used in preplaced aggregate concrete. It is used for testing fluid hydraulic cement grout in accordance with ASTM C939 standards. The flow cone method is for use with grouts having 35 seconds or less efflux time and is compliant with ASTM C939 for measuring efflux time.

Includes Flow Cone with 1/2” stainless steel discharge orifice with cap.

The Grout Flow Cone Set is designed for fluid hydraulic cement grout, a must have tool for construction professionals. Engineered for precision, this set features cast aluminum flow cone with 7” (178mm) top inside diameter and replaceable orifice at the base. The tripod stand is sturdy and the 6L steel beaker has enough capacity to collect grout. Whether you’re testing grout flow in preplaced-aggregate (PA) grouts or other fluid grouts, this set is for field or laboratory and delivers repeatable results.
