ASTM Testing Screen & Test-Master® Trays

The ASTM Cloth for Gilson Testing Screen Shaker Trays is stainless steel for No.5 (4.00mm) and finer, and plain steel for No.4 (4.75mm) and coarser. Clear Screen area is 14.75x22.75in (375x578mm). Screen Trays are 18" x 26" (457 x 660mm), serial numbered, and supplied with certificates of manufacturing conformance. All sizes are in stock.

Screen Trays No.16 to 200 (1.18mm to 75µm) feature support ribs under the cloth to minimize distortion and sagging. Trays finer than No.230 (63µm) have No.4 stainless steel Backing Cloth instead of support ribs.

ASTM sizes are manufactured to comply with wire cloth specifications of ASTM E11 and AASHTO M92.

For use on the Gilson Testing Screen Shaker TS-1, Gilson Testing Screen Shaker TS-2, Gilson Testmaster Screen Shaker TM-5, and Gilson Testmaster Screen Shaker TM-6.

No. 170 (90µm) full ASTM Testing Screen Trays feature welded and bolted heavy gauge painted steel construction and are fitted with ASTM E11 Compliance Grade wire cloth.
