Giatec SmartRock: Temperature Wireless Concrete Monitoring Sensors (10ft Cable)

Giatec SmartRock Wireless Concrete Monitoring Sensors (10ft Cable)

SmartRock wireless concrete sensor and concrete sensor solutions give you a simple and reliable way to monitor concrete temperature and strength in real-time. No more field-cured cylinders or cubes, get immediate data and strength calculations. Measure maximum, minimum and differential temperatures for precise insights into concrete performance. Each sensor records temperature from its body and probe, so you get complete monitoring and comes in packs of 10 for convenience. Plus, get real-time insights into concrete curing to make better construction decisions.

Install in 2 inches (50.8 mm) of concrete and attach to rebar, easy to attach with user-friendly connectors. The install embeds the sensor into the concrete for accurate measurement and the sensor is fully embedded in the concrete for optimal performance. The sensor starts recording as soon as the white probe tip is removed. Concrete strength is calculated every 15 minutes per ASTM C1074 standards, so you can speed up form removal, reshoring and load applications. The sensor has up to 4 months of battery life after activation and can operate in -22 to 181°F (-30 to 85°C). For humidity monitoring, see the complete solution, see the Concrete Moisture Test Starter Kit Rapid RH L6, Celsius.

Specs include 1ft (0.3m) temperature probe cable, up to 40ft (12m) wireless signal range and 3.125x1.7x1.2. Compact and easy to read. Introduction to Concrete Monitoring

In today’s construction industry, concrete monitoring is a must for concrete structures. By embedding wireless concrete sensors into the concrete, contractors and engineers can track temperature, strength and maturity in real time. This proactive approach allows teams to monitor the curing process, identify potential issues and make informed decisions to keep projects on schedule and budget. With advanced concrete sensors the process of monitoring concrete is streamlined, get accurate insights to schedule efficiently and prevent delays. So concrete monitoring is now a part of modern construction, get the data to build safer and stronger structures.

Benefits of Real-Time Monitoring

Real-time concrete temperature and strength monitoring brings big benefits to any project. With wireless concrete sensors, contractors get instant data and can detect issues before they become problems. This early detection means better decision making and no costly repairs or delays. Real-time data also allows teams to optimize their workflow, so each stage of construction happens efficiently and on time. With remote monitoring of concrete structures, project managers can monitor multiple sites and adjust as needed, all while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Real-time monitoring with advanced concrete sensors means stronger, more reliable concrete and more successful projects.

Concrete Maturity Sensors

Concrete maturity sensors are innovative tools that provide accurate real-time measurements of concrete temperature and strength as it cures. These sensors like SmartRock series are embedded in the concrete and use the maturity method to calculate strength development based on temperature history and time. The sensor body is designed for durability and optimal wireless signal range so data transmission is reliable even in tough site conditions. By tracking concrete maturity, these sensors help contractors know exactly when the concrete has reached the required strength for formwork removal or load application. This level of accuracy and insight means project timelines are streamlined, safety is enhanced and every concrete pour meets high quality standards.

Sensor Applications

Concrete sensors are used across many construction industry applications. Whether building high-rise, bridges or roadways, these sensors provide data on concrete temperature, curing progress and strength development. By embedding sensors at various points in a structure, contractors can monitor temperature differentials, track curing methods and ensure temperature cable length is right for each pour. The data collected allows for concrete strength calculations and identifies any inconsistencies or potential issues during the curing process. With smartrock sensor data and continuous monitoring, project teams can make informed decisions, optimize construction practices and deliver concrete that meet or exceed performance expectations.

Wireless Sensor Technology

Wireless sensor technology has changed the way the construction industry monitors concrete. With concrete sensors, contractors can get real-time data on concrete temperature, strength and maturity without the limitations of wired systems. These wireless sensors have extended wireless range so you can monitor remotely and reduce site visits. The technology allows for continuous data collection so you can detect temperature differentials and other potential issues that can affect concrete. With the ability to monitor multiple projects at once, wireless sensor technology improves measurement accuracy and efficiency and helps control costs and streamline construction workflows. So every concrete project gets the latest in monitoring technology and means safer, stronger and more cost effective concrete.
