The Despatch Forced Air Heavy Duty Oven, 2.3cf, has a microprocessor digital proportioning controller and open-coil heater elements, 5 year warranty. High-limit controls are standard. Double-wall construction with glass fibre insulation and silicone door gaskets to reduce heat loss.
