Product Description Cure & Seal 30% J23LVOC is a high-performance, 30% solids acrylic copolymer compound designed to cure, seal, and dustproof concrete surfaces. Formulated with exempt solvents and special UV stabilizers, it creates a durable, high-gloss surface coating. Upon application, it forms a clear, transparent film that enhances the natural appearance of the concrete without altering its color, providing a pristine, "wet look" finish that resists yellowing over time.

Primary Uses This product offers a comprehensive solution for curing, sealing, and dustproofing freshly finished exterior concrete. It is ideal for a variety of surfaces, including driveways, patios, walkways, and commercial hardscapes. Cure & Seal 30% J23LVOC meets ASTM C309 and ASTM C1315 specifications, making it an excellent choice for ensuring long-term durability and protection.

Application and Coverage

Estimating Guide:

• First Coat: 200–400 sq. ft. per gallon (4.9–9.8 m²/L)
• Second Coat: 400–600 sq. ft. per gallon (9.8–14.8 m²/L) Coverage rates will vary depending on the concrete's texture and porosity.

Placement Instructions: Apply immediately after all surface water has disappeared. Use a high-quality, low-pressure pump-up sprayer with acetone-resistant components or a roller. Apply uniformly to form a continuous membrane, avoiding puddles and runs. Do not thin the product.

Storage and Shelf Life: Store in tightly sealed original containers in a temperature range of 0°F to 110°F (-18°C to 43°C). Shelf life is 24 months for unopened containers.

Limitations and Precautions
