The Advanced Mikro Air Jet Sieve for 8in Test Sieves is a single-sieve system for 10 to 100g samples of dry powders from No. 4 to No. 635 (4.75mm to 20μm). Clean and quiet operation. Rotating slotted nozzle supplies positive air pressure to fluidize the sample in a covered test sieve. Exiting air is drawn down with an external vacuum system to create a negative pressure to carry undersize particles to a collection canister. Air Jet sieving is gentle, effective and great for fragile or low specific gravity materials. Test times and vacuum/pressure settings are controlled through the computer with capacitive touch screen and display. Basic or Advanced versions are available, each with separate models for ISO 200mm and older style Air Jet Test Sieves, or ASTM 8in (203mm) diameter Test Sieves. Basic is for specific micron size evaluation but can be upgraded for advanced features.

The Advanced Mikro Air Jet Sieve for 8in Test Sieves is the Basic model with advanced menu-driven software. Software collects and calculates particle sizes from multiple test sieve screens and generates a distribution. Advanced model can connect to a compatible printer via USB, WiFi or CAT 5 cable and a compatible balance via RS-232. Additional advanced model features include comparative overlay of analyses and USB data backup.
