Key Features
Digital Temperature Control The electronic controller allows for independent temperature settings for both the pot and the dispenser valve. The menu-driven interface is simple to navigate and includes passcode-activated lockout settings to prevent accidental adjustments. The controller is also field-calibratable by the user and features a readout that is selectable for °F or °C display.
Durable Construction The 18-gauge crucible is housed in a 20-gauge stainless steel shell and insulated with 3 inches (76mm) of fiberglass to maintain consistent temperatures. The multi-circuit blanket heater ensures uniform heat distribution throughout the pot, with a maximum operating temperature of 350°F (177°C).
No-Drip Ball Dispenser Valve The heated, no-drip ball dispenser valve aids material flow and prevents clogs, making it easier to dispense asphalt binder and other viscous materials cleanly and efficiently.
Adjustable Steel Stand The powder-coated steel stand bolts securely to the benchtop, elevating the pot to a comfortable working height. The stand is adjustable to accommodate different workspaces and user preferences.
Convenient Design The pot comes with an aluminum cover featuring a heat-resistant knob, and is supplied with a 6ft (1.8m) power cord for easy setup. The 4qt (3.8L) capacity is ideal for smaller jobs or applications that require precise material control.
