Design & Construction

The heavy painted-steel housing is insulated from the cast-aluminum inner pot by thick thermal insulation, ensuring maximum heat retention and safety during operation. The blanket-type heating element uniformly heats the pot across the bottom and for 75% of the wall height, providing consistent and reliable heating throughout. An aluminum cover is included to retain heat and control fumes, keeping your workspace safe and efficient.

Dispensing & Temperature Control

A manual dispensing lever operates a needle valve that can be adjusted to achieve the desired flow rate, giving you full control over the dispensing process. The fixed dial thermostat controls the heating range from 150°–550°F (66°–288°C), allowing you to achieve and maintain the precise temperature required for your application.

Support & Adjustability

The heavy pipe single-column support mounts easily to a benchtop, providing a stable and secure base for the melting pot. Set screws on the sliding boss allow for quick height and angle adjustments, making it easy to position the pot at a convenient working height. The maximum height of the unit is 18in (457mm), with a maximum clearance below the dispensing valve of approximately 7in (178mm).
