This device provides an accuracy of ±0.1% of reading + 0.7°C (1.4°F) at ambient temperatures of 64°–82°F (18°–28°C), making it suitable for highly sensitive measurements. With a resolution of 0.1°F for temperatures below 1,000°F and 1°F for temperatures above, as well as 0.1°C below 600°C and 1°C above, it ensures granular and detailed readings. The thermometer simultaneously displays data from four probes on a multi-line, backlit LCD screen, supporting Type J, K, E, and T Thermocouples (two Type K probes are included). Users can toggle between °C and °F for convenience.
