Polyester is highly durable, offering resistance to abrasion, acids, and most alkalis with a pH of up to 9-10, along with excellent wet stability. For mesh sizes ranging from No. 100 to No. 230 (150 to 63µm), the circular resilient material is not required.

The 10-inch No. 35 (500µm) Polyester Square is specifically crafted for nonmetallic or brass two-part frames. It includes a tough, resilient circle within the mesh to act as a sealing gasket. While the opening sizes align with ASTM E11 standards, they may not meet exact tolerance specifications.
