This Bronze Porous Stone measures 1.5in (38mm) in diameter, 0.25in (6.4mm) thick, and is made from high-quality sintered bronze. Designed for geotechnical testing, this durable disc supports cylindrical soil samples while allowing two-way fluid flow.

We provide a wide range of Porous Stones tailored for laboratory geotechnical applications, such as triaxial shear, permeability, direct shear, and consolidation tests.

Porous stones enable the flow and measurement of water and other permeants during testing while preventing fine particles from entering the test system. Our high-quality stones feature a permeability range of 15-18ft³ (424-510L) of air per square foot and an average pore size of 179μm. All stones are in stock and ready for immediate shipment.
