Unlike traditional vaccine monitoring kits, the VFC 400®-SP temperature logger has a smart probe that’s plug-and-play and hot-swappable so you can calibrate without removing your data logger from its current location. This is designed for continuous temperature monitoring in vaccine storage to ensure compliance and efficacy for programs like the vaccines for children program. The VFC400®-SP Vaccine Monitoring Kit records up to 15,905 temperature readings from an External Probe. The display shows ‘at a glance’ if excursions occurred during the current day and up to the previous 29 days. The display also shows the current temperature, current time, recording status and battery status. Proper monitoring ensures vaccines are administered safely after being stored at the correct temperature.

The alarm is triggered if temperature readings are outside pre-set alarm limits. The status indicator changes from a check mark to an X and the audible alarm will sound. The system alerts you if vaccines are exposed to temperatures outside the recommended range.
