The Ultrasonic Sieve Cleaner is designed for efficient, full-immersion cleaning of 8-inch (203mm) and smaller sieves. The UB-1 model can clean up to four 8-inch full-height sieves simultaneously. Its design separates the ultrasonic generator from the stainless steel liquid tank for safe and convenient operation.

With an ultrasonic frequency of 80kHz, the unit includes threaded inlet and outlet drain connections, an on/off push-button control, and a Sieve Holder Rack for added convenience.

This cleaner is ideal for safely and effectively cleaning fine-mesh sieves ranging from 3 to 12 inches (75 to 304mm) in diameter, including delicate electroformed cloth. Ultrasonic waves produce rapid cavitation, loosening trapped particles and thoroughly cleaning most meshes in just 1 to 5 minutes. The unit is also suitable for a variety of other laboratory cleaning tasks.
