The Master Control Panel is designed to deliver precision, efficiency, and reliability for triaxial shear and flexible-wall permeability testing. Combining intuitive layout, high-quality components, and advanced control mechanisms, it ensures accurate and straightforward operation for every testing phase.

• Precise Pressure Regulation: The panel uses burettes, valves, and regulators to control air and fluid pressures within testing cells. It provides accurate regulation for air, water, and drains from a centralized system.
• Logical Layout: The upper controls manage air pressure to the specimen chamber, while lower controls regulate water supply. This design streamlines operations for saturation, consolidation, and testing phases.
• Advanced Measurement Tools:
  • Two 50cc burettes with 0.1cc graduations for flow measurement.
  • Two 4cc pipettes with 0.008cc graduations for finer precision.
  • Storage chambers with an additional capacity of 400cc each.
• Integrated Components: Effective cell pressure, specimen back-pressure, and cell back-pressure are all managed via a single regulator, maintaining consistent effective stress during the saturation phase.
• Expandable Testing Capability: The Master Panel can connect to up to two HM-350A Auxiliary Panels, enabling simultaneous testing of multiple samples.
• Convenient Access: Front panel connections make filling and draining chambers and reservoirs easy, while main supply connections for air, water, and drains are located at the back.

Durable Design: The Master Control Panel is built with a sturdy, powder-coated aluminum frame (21 x 6.25 x 37.25in / 533 x 159 x 946mm, WxDxH) for long-lasting use. It features a factory-installed digital readout to set test cell and sample pressures in psi units.

• Digital Pore Pressure Gauge: Includes a transducer for precise pore pressure measurement and control.

• Deairing Tank: Prepares water for use in testing chambers.
