The Traceable Long Stem Thermometer lets you take readings while stirring solutions in deep vessels, for accurate temperature readings in any environment.

Perfect size to fit in digital pocket thermometers, flasks, cuvettes, test tubes, and beakers. Read temperatures in foods, gases, samples, reagents, water baths, and semisolids. Stainless-steel probe is resistant to most laboratory chemicals. Long stem allows you to take readings while stirring solutions in deep vessels. Displays –58 to 572°F and –50 to 300°C. Resolution is 0.1° from –20 to 200 (1° outside this range). Accuracy is ±1°C between –20 to 120°C. Readings update every second so you can monitor and record temperature data over a period of time for better accuracy and process control.
