The easy-to-read 1.5-inch (38mm) dial face is protected by a durable polycarbonate crystal and housed in a 304 stainless steel case for longevity on busy job sites. The 8-inch (203mm) long, 0.15-inch (3.8mm) diameter stainless steel stem allows for deep probing to get precise core temperature readings.
With an accuracy of ±1% of the full range and clear 5° divisions, you can trust the readings to be precise. For continued accuracy, the thermometer includes an adjustment nut for easy calibration against a known temperature source. An adjustable mounting clip is also included for secure and convenient placement.
