The NCAT Blower Motor for 945 Series Furnaces is a reliable and efficient component that ensures the smooth operation and accurate performance of your furnace. Designed to provide clean aggregate for gradation analysis, this blower motor requires minimal maintenance, making it hassle-free for users.

To keep the NCAT Blower Motor in optimal condition, it is recommended to lubricate it occasionally. Additionally, for early models such as the 859 and 945, it is necessary to vacuum the dust out of the plenum chamber. This maintenance procedure is not only crucial for the blower motor's longevity but also ensures that it functions silently without any squealing noise.

Maintaining the NCAT Blower Motor is a straightforward process. Firstly, disconnect the power from the unit and ensure that the power is off. Next, remove the exhaust pipe from the top of the NCAT, followed by the metal "box" on top. This will expose the stainless steel plenum chamber with the blower assembly. Once exposed, simply put 5 or 6 drops of the recommended ANDEROLĀ® 465 Synthetic Lubricating Oil into each of the two holes on top of the blower. It is important to note that using any other oil, such as 3-in-1, is not recommended as it may not withstand the heat and can cause complications.

If required, users may also clean the fins in the blower squirrel cage. This step is particularly important for those running a lot of polymer AC or have poor venting, as a build-up of debris on the fins can negatively impact the lift of the blower.

After completing the maintenance steps, reassemble the components, restore power, and start the blower to allow the Anderol 465 oil to spread evenly around the bearing faces.

Failure to perform these maintenance procedures may result in complications when turning on the furnace, as the Anderol 465 lubricating oil can effectively imitate Loc-Tite, causing unwanted complications.

With the NCAT Blower Motor for 945 Series Furnaces, you can rely on a low-maintenance solution that ensures the smooth and reliable operation of your furnace, promoting optimal performance and accurate gradation analysis.
