The Moisture Room Control Panel is a dedicated, wall-mounted system designed to create the optimal curing environment for concrete specimens. This automated system precisely blends hot and cold water supplies to maintain a stable temperature of 73.4 ± 3°F (23 ± 1.7°C) and a relative humidity of 100%. It is engineered to work exclusively with Atomizing Spray Heads to generate a fine, consistent mist that ensures thorough and uniform curing. Please note this system does not integrate with other foggers, misting devices, compressed air systems, or HVAC units. For best results and to guarantee a constant temperature, the use of a dedicated hot water tank is highly recommended.

Automated and Manual Control The unit features an easy-to-read digital controller that allows for simple input and adjustment of temperature setpoints, enabling fully automated operation. In the event of a power interruption, a manual bypass system is integrated into the panel. This crucial feature allows for continuous maintenance of the specified temperature and humidity levels, protecting the integrity of your specimens until power is restored.

Installation and Customization Installation is streamlined with quick-connect water line fittings. The panel's design also includes available space for adding a temperature recorder or data logger (sold separately) to facilitate quality control and compliance tracking.

We can help you design a custom, closed-loop layout tailored to your specific facility. Based on your room dimensions, water temperatures, and pressure, we can determine the optimal pattern for atomizing spray heads to ensure complete coverage. One-pass water chillers are also available if your water supply requires cooling.

Note: The Moisture Room Control Panel is available only in a 120V, 60Hz electrical rating. The use of a transformer is not recommended as it may affect the unit's performance and accuracy.
