FINCAP

The MAKO FinCap is a patented, non-metallic cap designed to fit securely onto a ½” x 13 threaded rod, which attaches to the FinStand. It supports a nominal 1-1/2″ (40 mm) galvanized pipe (schedule 40 or higher) with a 1.5″ ID and 1.9″ OD.

FinStand

The FinStand is made from durable, impact-resistant material, making it virtually unbreakable. It supports a 1/2″ all-thread and can be adjusted by 1.75″ (45 mm) using a nut and washer to accommodate deck variations. Refer to the chart below for the appropriate rod length based on your desired floor depth. Its internal "fins" hold the rebar or stake securely in place, preventing it from bouncing during placement. The FinStand can be fastened to a metal deck using #8 or #10 tek screws or to a wood deck with nails.
