Our new Tapping Sieve Shaker accepts ASTM or ISO sieves in 8in, 10in, 12in, 200mm or 300mm diameters for maximum flexibility. The Gilson SS-14D is one of several models available to suit different testing needs. Compared to manual sieving, the Gilson SS-14D Tapping Sieve Shaker offers more consistency, accuracy and repeatable separations. Extended sieve stack height allows more sieves in a single sieve stack for more processing. Simple orbital and tilting action spreads material evenly across sieve mesh, helping particles pass through the mesh for accurate separations from #4 to # 200 (4.75mm to 75µm) particle sizes. Some materials can be extended to larger size ranges.

The Gilson SS-14D Tapping Sieve Shaker outperforms manual sieving by providing more consistency, accuracy and time savings.

Sieve Capacity: 6 x 12in full-height sieves to 21 x 8in half-height sieves.

Sieves are locked in for testing quickly and securely with Gilson’s EZ-Clamp system. The easy to use clamping system has an integral sieve cover that slides up and down the clamp rods with the push of a button. Once in position, twist and it’s locked. When the test is complete, raise just enough to remove the sieve stack and the clamps stay in place for the next test without readjustment. This unit features robust construction and is suitable for both laboratory and field applications.

Digital timer to 99 minutes at ±1 second with large LED display. Pause and user selectable modes. Settings are saved between cycles for repeatable results and one button smooth operation.
