The Stein Mill is a high speed grinder extractor for lab use, similar to modern centrifugal mills like the RETSCH Ultra Centrifugal Mill ZM 300.

Has a direct top drive 1/2HP motor with 15,000 RPM no load.

Cutter blade is machined cast aluminum. Cutting blades are available in various types including diamond and CBN blades which are made with metal matrices that may include copper for added durability.

Cutter blade and shaft are accessible and can be washed and dried without removal from the mill.

Blade can be removed when dull. Replacement blades are available in various diameters to fit different sample sizes and work requirements.

Also includes digital timer with auto cut-off safety feature.
