The Ultrasonic Sieve Cleaner for 8" and Smaller Sieves is sized for full-immersion cleaning of 8in (203mm) and smaller sieves. The UB-1 can full immerse up to four 8in full-height sieves. Generating unit is separate from stainless steel liquid tank to allow safe and convenient set-up.
Ultrasonic frequency is 80kHz. Threaded inlet and outlet drain connections are provided. Generator has on/off push button. A Sieve Holder Rack is included.
This Ultrasonic Sieve Cleaner is ideal for safe and efficient cleaning of fine-mesh sieves from 3-12in (75-304mm) diameter, including fragile electroformed cloth. Ultrasonic energy waves create rapid cavitation, agitating and freeing lodged particles. Most meshes are completely cleaned in one to five minutes. Baths also serve for other laboratory cleaning jobs.
