All Gilson Testing Screens Shakers have the same performance characteristics but differ in the type of clamping mechanism, safeguarding device, tray slot capacity and other operating features.

The power mechanism on all testing screens is completely enclosed for extra safety, and the one-half horse power motor is operated by a starting switch with overload protection.

Screen Trays and Dustpans are purchased separately and can be shared and used on all Gilson Testing Screens.

Testing Screens and Independently Removable Trays

The Screen comes with independently removable trays and dustpans which are sold separately. Dustpans are designed for dust collection to keep the working area clean and safe. Trays have 14.75” x 22.75” (375 x 578mm), 2.33ft³ (0.22m³) clear screen area and come in various opening sizes to ASTM E11 and ISO 565 or punched steel plate. Dustpans collect fines efficiently and can be ordered with options to increase capacity, reduce dust output or dispense fines into an external bag or container.
