SmartRock Wireless Concrete Sensors offer an efficient and reliable solution for monitoring concrete temperature and strength. These sensors deliver real-time data and strength calculations, eliminating the need for field-cured cylinders or cubes. With the ability to track maximum, minimum, and differential temperatures, they provide accurate insights for concrete performance. Each sensor collects temperature data from both its body and probe for comprehensive monitoring and comes in a convenient package of 10.

The sensors are embedded within 2 inches (50.8 mm) of the concrete surface, attached to rebar. Once the white probe end is removed, the sensor begins recording. Concrete strength is calculated every 15 minutes per ASTM C1074, helping accelerate form removal, reshoring, and load application processes with confidence. The sensors feature a durable battery life of four months post-activation and operate within a temperature range of -22 to 181°F (-30 to 85°C).

Key specifications include a 1ft (0.3m) temperature probe cable, wireless signal range of up to 40ft (12m), and compact dimensions of 3.125x1.625x1.03in (80x42x26mm). Data can be collected and reviewed using the SmartRock app on smartphones or tablets, with the option to sync data to the cloud through the Giatec 360™ dashboard. For 24/7 remote monitoring, real-time alerts, and reduced site visits, the optional SmartHub Remote Monitoring System (sold separately) is an ideal accessory.
