The Carbon Steel Soil Sampler Extensions are high-strength carbon steel tubing, 1in (25.4mm), with quick connect fittings and marked in 6in (152mm) increments. Available Carbon Steel models are 2ft (610mm), 3ft (914mm), 4ft (1,219mm) and 5ft (1,524mm).
Used in soil sampling to connect to Standard, Clay, Sand and Mud Augers to extend sampling depths and the Carbon Steel T-Handle for rotation and handling. Attached with Quick-Connect Pins, they can extend depth capacity by two to five feet depending on model.
