Digital Dial Indicators give electronic displacement measurements with ranges from 0.25–1.0in (6.35–25.4mm) with resolutions from 0.0001–0.00005in (0.00254–0.00005in) resolutions from 0.00001 to 0.00005in (0.00001 to 0.00005 to 0.00001in) resolutions from 0.0001–0.00005in (0.00254–0.00127mm). This one is for high-precision work. All are in/mm switchable and have a “hold” feature to lock peak readings on the digital display. Batteries included give 250 hours of use.
