The Despatch Deluxe Forced Air Heavy Duty Convection Oven, 12.0cf, is a top of the line industrial oven with microprocessor digital proportioning controller and open-coil heater elements, 5 year warranty. As an industrial oven manufacturer we make high-limit controls standard. Double-wall construction with glass fiber insulation and silicone door gaskets to minimize heat loss. A pressure relief panel is built in to meet safety standards, especially for applications involving solvents or significant removal. Exterior is scratch resistant baked enamel. Interior is stainless steel standard on this model. Shelves are moveable on 2in (52mm) centers. Two shelves included.

Oven can be set to a single setpoint temperature, timed cycles or up to 8 programmable ramp and soak profiles. Large LED temperature display and 32-character LCD display of oven status and setpoints are easy to read and simplify programming of time and temperature parameters. Accuracy after calibration is ±1°C at 25°C. Oven uniformity is ±1° at 100°C. Timer is included in the Protocol Plus™ controller on this model, along with a purge timer for added safety. So your critical components will operate flawlessly, and perform high for their entire life.
