The Despatch LAC 2-18 Deluxe Electric Oven is part of the Despatchrange of ovens that are knownfor their reputation and reliability in critical thermal processing applications across many industries. This 18.0cf model has a microprocessor digital proportioning controller and open-coil heater elements, 5 year warranty. High-limit controls are standard. When working with flammable solvents safety and precision is key and this oven meets all the safety standards. Double wall construction with glass fibre insulation and silicone door seals to reduce heat loss. Exterior is scratch resistant baked enamel. Stainless steel interior is standard on this model. Shelves are moveable on 2in (52mm) centres. 2 shelves included.
The Deluxe Forced Air Convection Oven has better thermaluniformity and a forced-air convection system with adjustable damper. It can deliver invariable uniform temperature for consistent thermal performance. This model is part of our high performance industrial ovens range. Has the contents Despatch Protocol Plus™ microprocessor controller system. This controller has self-diagnostic and calibratingcapabilities, 2 levels of password security to protect program parameters and a recovery system for controlled responses to power failures. Oven can be set to single setpoint temperature, timed cycles or up to 8 programmable ramp and soak profiles. Large LED temperature display and 32 character LCD display of oven status and setpoints are easy to read and simplify programming of time and temperature parameters. Accuracy after calibration is ±1°C at 25°C. Oven uniformity is ±1° at 100°C. Timer is included in the Protocol Plus™ controller on this model.
