Operating Guidelines

For optimal performance, follow these operating conditions:

• Light Soils: Use at a 3–5% concentration by volume in an ultrasonic bath.
• Heavy Soils: Use at a 5–10% concentration by volume.
• De-rusting & De-scaling (Ferrous Metals Only): A higher concentration of 20–25% can be used for effective rust and scale removal.
• Operating Temperature: The ideal temperature range for the solution is typically between 120–180°F (49–82°C).
• Rinsing: For best results, rinse cleaned parts with water heated to 120–150°F (49–65°C) to ensure all detergent residue is removed.
