The Chace Air Indicator Kit uses isopropyl alcohol to measure air content in concrete. Here’s how it works: put a concrete sample in the measuring cup, put it in the glass tube and fill with isopropyl alcohol (squeeze bottle). Agitate the mixture and then look at how many lines the alcohol drops in the stem of the vial. How many lines the drops in the stem of the vial to determine the percent air. Calibration and Accessories
