The Calibration Tube, Inside Straight, is an essential component designed for use with a Concrete Air Meter. This short, straight aluminum tube securely screws into the corresponding threads on the underside of the meter's lid, directly beneath the petcock that has the bent tube attached on top.
Function: The primary function of this tube is to extend deep enough into the meter's base bowl. This allows water to be siphoned effectively into the calibration vessel during the critical calibration process, ensuring the meter is accurately prepared for testing.
