The Pocket Dial Thermometer measures 50 to 550°F, has an 5" Stem (type 304 stainless steel), measures 5 degree increments, and has a 1" diameter dial face. It has a durable, hermetically sealed silicone dampened dial and is accurate to within +/- 1% of the total scale range. This thermometer also has a calibration reset adjustment and plastic carrying case.
