2in Cube Maker System

Cube Maker System, 2x2in (51x51mm) used for mortar, grout, and cement testing is acceptable for in-house quality control, has a three-gang aluminum Mold Frame that holds disposable single-use polypropylene liners. Liner's strip away when cured cubes are lifted from the frame, a process that virtually eliminates clean-up of the frame. The Cube Maker System includes two stainless steel retainers for compression testing when fitted with Pad Caps and also comes with two red and two amber unbonded polyurethane Pad Caps. The red caps are for strengths up to 4,000psi (27.6mPa) and the amber caps are for strengths exceeding 4,000psi. The caps may be reused up to 300 times. 27 Extra Liners are included.

Additional three-gang mold frames can reduce sample preparation time and increase production. Extra liners, cap pads, and mold frames are ordered separately.
