The Bronze Porous Stone measures 2.405in (61.1mm) in diameter, 0.25in (6.4mm) thick, and is made from durable sintered bronze. Designed to support the ends of cylindrical soil samples, it allows two-way fluid flow during testing.

Porous stones enable the flow and measurement of water or other permeants during tests while preventing fine particles from entering the system.
