Polyester Cloth Squares are designed to fit non-metallic or brass two-part frames and are cut into 10-inch squares. Each square includes a circular resilient material embedded in the mesh, ensuring a secure seal when used with the corresponding frame.

Polyester is highly durable, resistant to abrasion, and can withstand exposure to acids and most alkalis with a pH of 9-10, while offering excellent wet stability. For mesh sizes ranging from No. 100 to No. 230 (150 to 63µm), the circular resilient material is not required.

The 10-inch, No. 20 (850µm) Polyester Square is specifically crafted for two-part frames, featuring an embedded resilient material in the mesh to serve as a sealing gasket. While the opening sizes align with ASTM E11 standards, they may not meet exact tolerance specifications.
